Nottingham’s The Mighty Creatives do fantastic work across the East Midlands, providing arts and cultural opportunities to children and young people – particularly those who are the most disadvantaged and excluded – in order to contribute to the fight against child poverty.
They are exactly the type of organisation that we must fight to keep in our community.
The Mighty Creatives have written an open letter to the Secretary of State, Oliver Dowden MP, urging him to ensure the Emergency Support Packages support innovation between artists, educators and young people across the country and to urge him to commit to supporting children in need across the country – particularly those who have been forgotten and left behind in recent years.
