Lilian visited Greencroft to discuss with tenants and officers from NCHA the impact that plans to limit the maximum Housing Benefit payable to Local Housing Allowance level will have on supported and independent living.

Lilian also visited Lilac Court together with senior managers from NCHA. She met with residents to listen to their concerns. They were particularly affected by changes to local bus services and I undertook to write to NCT asking whether they would be meeting with residents at Lilac Court to discuss their concerns.
