Lilian visited Nottingham Emmanuel school today and met with staff and pupils on her tour of the school.
Lilian said “It was really good to come along and chat to the Sixth Form about issues that they’re interested in. They had some really good questions! There was such a broad range of things that they wanted to ask about.” The students asked questions about many topics ranging from the impact of the EU on fisheries and on a personal note, what I would do if I became Prime Minister. “They were really engaged and it was fantastic for me to be able to talk to young people at the school about the things that matter to them.”
