After a morning meeting with Head teachers and pupils at both Glapton and Farnborough Academies, Lilian met up with Councillors Chris Gibson, Corall Jenkins and Steve Young for a ward walk.

Popped into the Hope Centre to see Mary, Mark and staff who were organising all the party preparations for the Royal Wedding celebrations.  Lots of wonderful cakes!

After a great morning, we met with Paula at Parkgate Community Centre for a fabulous lunch and a much needed cup of tea.

It was good to see such a great turnout at the official opening of Stirling Grove Park.  A fabulous time was had by everyone. A massive thank you to all who attended. It was great to hear such positive comments from residents and of course the children love it!
