Lilian visits Nottingham Community Transport

Lilian visited Nottingham Community Transport today at their Sherwood depot. She was able to see first-hand the value of community transport and the importance of the Easylink bus services. Lilian was able to take a ride on one of the buses and met with staff and regular users of the service who described the service as a lifeline and valued it enormously.

Lilian said it was great to visit Nottingham CT, to meet their staff and to talk to some of the passengers who rely on the Easylink service.  There is no doubt in my mind that community transport can deliver huge benefits in local communities and play a vital role in delivering high quality public services here in Nottingham and all over the UK.
